All credit/debit card payments for utility bills are subject to a $1.99 convenience fee; the fee is assessed each time a credit/debit card is used.

Automatic payments will not cover any already-issued bills (electronic or printed). It only covers future bills once you have enrolled. Automatic payments can take one to two billing cycles to become active, until then you will need to make alternative forms of payment.

The Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) requires all water utilities to issue an annual Consumer Confidence Report to customers. In compliance with this regulation, the Town of Normal Water Department produces and distributes this report on water quality each year.
